Learn why you might not see your most recent transactions in Best Wallet.
This includes blockchain confirmation delays, pending states, and why some transactions only appear once confirmed.
Why your latest transaction might not show right away
If you’ve just made a transaction and don’t see it yet in your activity feed, it’s likely due to one of these reasons:
The transaction is still pending on the blockchain
Network congestion is delaying confirmation
You’re expecting to see a “Receive” transaction that isn’t finalized yet
Best Wallet will display all transactions in that wallet's Trade tab, in the History section. Read our guide on how to view your wallet's transaction history.
What to do if your latest transaction is missing
If you’re not seeing your recent transaction:
Check the transaction status on a block explorer: Use a block explorer (like Etherscan or Polygonscan) to confirm the status. Read our guide on how to view your wallet on a blockchain explorer.
Wait for the network to confirm it: Some chains may take longer to confirm transactions during peak times.
Try refreshing your app: Force-closing and reopening Best Wallet can help refresh your wallet’s activity.
If your transaction is a purchase or deposit and is still pending or unconfirmed, it may not show up until it's finalized. You can check it either on the crypto purchase provider or via the exchange/wallet provider you sent from.
Once confirmed or failed, it will appear in your Trade tab, under History.
