How to view your wallet's transaction history
To view your wallet’s transaction activity, follow these steps:
Step 1: Selecting a wallet
Each wallet in Best Wallet will have its own transaction history, so ensure you select the right wallet.
For example, if you want to see your main wallet's transaction history, you will need to select that wallet's card on the home screen.
Step 2: Going to the Trade tab
Next, tap on Trade in the navigation bar. This will bring you to all the transaction options, including your wallet's past transaction history.
Step 3: Seeing your transaction history
By tapping "History", you will see a detailed page of all your wallet's transaction activity,
Here, you will be able to see a complete list of your past transactions, including:
Buy: Crypto you’ve purchased in Best Wallet. This can include crypto you've bought with your bank card (like ETH, USDT), or an Upcoming Tokens purchase!
Sell: Crypto you’ve sold via Best Wallet's Sell feature. This is different from the Send feature.
Swap: Crypto you’ve swapped within the app, including cross-chain swaps. You will see what token you've swapped from and what token you received.
Send: Crypto you’ve transferred to other wallets or exchanges.
Deposit: Crypto you’ve received into your wallet from other wallets or exchanges.
You can also sort your transaction history by these categories to make it easier to find specific activity.
Step 4: Filtering your transactions
You can also filter what transactions you can see by tapping the small filter button on the right-hand side.
You can then select which types of transaction you want to see, or to continue seeing "All Activity".
Viewing transaction history by token
If you're interested in viewing the transaction activity for a specific cryptocurrency, in your wallet's token list, tap on the cryptocurrency.
You will see all transaction history for that specific token in that wallet.
You can also track any pre-launch or fair launch tokens you've purchased in the Upcoming Tokens tab.
Why is transaction history important?
Tracking your transaction history is crucial for staying on top of your investments and understanding your trading activity. It helps you:
Monitor Token Purchases and Claims: Review when you’ve purchased or claimed tokens from pre-launch or fair launch events.
Track Token Movements: Keep an eye on all your transactions and view their gas fees, helping you track your token amounts and overall wallet balance.
Keep Records: Having access to your transaction history helps maintain records for any financial reporting you may have to do, including paying taxes if you decide to sell your crypto.
