Learn why older transactions may not appear in your activity history.
This may be due to reinstalling the app, switching devices, or limitations in how transaction history is synced. First, read our guide on how to view your wallet's transaction history, then follow the steps below to understand why some transactions may be missing.
Why old transactions might not appear
If you’ve reinstalled the app, switched phones, or imported a wallet into Best Wallet, some older transactions may not appear in your history. This can happen due to:
Your activity history only syncs from a certain point — for example, any transaction made after you imported the wallet into Best Wallet.
Transaction types that aren’t currently displayed in Best Wallet (e.g., certain contract interactions).
App reinstallations that clear the local cache, meaning all your transaction history stored in Best Wallet is wiped.
Your token balances are still correct — it’s just that some activity may not be visible in the feed.
What to do if you can’t see past transactions
If some older transactions are missing:
Check your full wallet history on a block explorer: Use your wallet address on tools like Etherscan, Polygonscan, or BscScan to view the full transaction record. Read our guide on how to view your wallet on a blockchain explorer.
Confirm you’re using the correct wallet: If you’ve imported multiple wallets, make sure you’re checking the right one.
Contact support for unexpected history gaps: If you believe something’s missing that should be shown, we can help take a closer look.
