How To Find a Token in Best Wallet

Learn how to find and enable a token in your wallet.

In this article:

Learn how to find and enable a token in Best Wallet so it shows in your wallet's token list.

Because smaller market capitalization tokens may not automatically show up in your wallet's token list, even if you own that token, it's important to know how to find and enable it in-app. Watch our video tutorial, or follow our step-by-step guide below:

Step 1: Go to Manage Tokens

First, select the wallet you want to find and enable a token in. Next, on the Home screen, tap the 3 dots next to the Tokens/Upcoming Tokens tab.

Tap the "Manage tokens" option.

Step 2: Search for the token

Next, search for the token by name or ticker.

If the token is available, you will see it available to toggle on. If it doesn't show, you may need to import it β€” read our step-by-step guide on how to import a token in Best Wallet.

Pay attention to what blockchain it is on β€” you can differentiate via the small chain logo next to the token logo.

Once you've toggled it on, tap "Save" in the top right corner.

You should see the token in your wallet's token list now:

If you can't find a token

If you can't find a token in the Manage Tokens, it may be due to several things:

  • You need to import that token into Best Wallet. This happens occasionally for new tokens and/or tokens with smaller market capitalization. You can read our guide on how to import a token.

  • It's a suspicious token. You may have toggled on Hide Suspicious Tokens in your Best Wallet Settings. This is an important security step, so if you think there's been a mistake and a real token is being marked as suspicious, please contact Best Wallet support (details below) before trying to import it. Read our guide on enabling our suspicious token filter.
