Learn how to import a token into Best Wallet. This is useful if you can't find a token you want to view in your token list, provided it's a token on a chain we currently support.
You may just need to find and enable a token β read our guide on how to do this in your wallet. If you can't find it, then you will have to import it manually. Don't worry, the process is quick and easy β either watch our video tutorial or follow our steps below.

Step 1: Go to Manage Tokens
First, select the wallet into which you want to import a token. Next, on the Home screen, tap the 3 dots next to the Tokens/Upcoming Tokens tab.
Next, tap "Manage tokens".
Step 2: Search for the token
Next, search for the token by name or ticker.
If nothing appears, you will need to import the token manually. Tap "Import token" to get started.
Step 3: Find the token's contract address
The next step is to find the token's contract address. The best way to do this is via a coin information provider, like CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko, or the token's official website.
A token contract address is just the unique identifier of a smart contract that manages the logic for a particular digital asset (token) on a blockchain, meaning you can use it to import a token (with all the correct information) into Best Wallet.
It's important to only import official token contract addresses and know which blockchain your token is on. Once you've located the right contract address, copy it onto your device's clipboard.
Next, paste it into the contract field in Best Wallet β make sure to select the right blockchain.
Once you do, you should see the ticker, name, and decimal automatically import in. You can also import to all wallets β once you're happy, tap confirm.
Double-check that the details are correct, then tap "Import".
You should see the token in your token list in Best Wallet.
If your import doesn't work
If you can't find the token address or it doesn't seem to work, it could be due to several reasons:
The token isn't supported in Best Wallet. It may be that the token is on a crypto network that is yet to be supported, so you won't be able to see, hold, or transact it in your wallet yet. Read our guide on what crypto networks are supported in Best Wallet.
It's a suspicious token. You may have toggled on Hide Suspicious Tokens in your Best Wallet Settings. This is an important security step, so if you think there's been a mistake and a real token is being marked as suspicious, please contact Best Wallet support (details below) before trying to import it. Read our guide on enabling our suspicious token filter.
