Learn how to log back into your Best Wallet account on a new device or after you've reinstalled the app.

This requires a cloud backup of your multi-chain wallets — read our guide on how to backup via your cloud storage in-app. You will recover your multi-chain wallets via this method — for your EVM-only wallets, you will need to import them manually.

Step 1: Open Best Wallet

First, open up the Best Wallet app and tap "Get Started".

Next, log back in using the same email and method as before — so if you created your Best Wallet via Google, make sure to use Google to log back in.

Next, make sure you're logging back in with the same account — the email address has to match the one you first signed up with.

Follow the on-screen steps to log back in via your account:

Once you've logged in via the correct account and method, you will need to restore your wallet via cloud backup.

Step 2: Restore your wallets via backup

You may see this warning message, especially when using a new device.

Once you've tapped Restore Wallet from Backup, you need to acknowledge that accessing your Best Wallet now will revoke any access on the previous device.

Once you've tapped Continue, you will need to restore your wallet(s) via cloud backup.

Next, you will have to enter your secret word, which you had to set during the backup. If you can't remember it, check the reminder you set below by tapping "Show".

Make sure to use the correct secret word — once entered, tap Continue.

If your wallet isn't recovered, you may be using the wrong backup or entering the wrong secret word. If you're experiencing issues logging back in, please contact the Best Wallet support team via [email protected] or open a ticket on our Support site.

Step 3: Access your wallets

Before you can access your wallets, you will need to set a new passcode.

Once you've done that, you should see your multi-chain wallet(s) and your assets. For any EVM-only wallet, you will have to add via their private keys. Read our guide on how to import EVM-only wallets into Best Wallet.

Additionally, if you're a user who created your account pre-multi-chain wallets, you can also recover your old main EVM-only wallet — read our step-by-step guide here.
