You can log out of your Best Wallet app at any time.
Whilst this won't delete your wallets or crypto, it will mean you won't be able to access them until you log back in. This could be useful if you're changing devices and want to log in to Best Wallet on your new phone.
However, please note that logging out of your Best Wallet app will mean when you next log in, you will have to re-add all imported and created wallets. This is because Best Wallet is a decentralised app, so the only wallet that is automatically connected to your Best Wallet account is your Main Best Wallet.
Therefore, it is important to safely make backups of any imported or created wallet's private key or secret recovery phrase before logging out.
Step 1: Heading to your Settings
First, head to your Best Wallet's Settings tab, which is found in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Backing up your additional wallets and logging out
Before logging out, please make physical copies of any imported or created wallets' private keys or secret recovery phrases. These can be found in the "Manage Wallets" section of your Settings; read our guide on how to find your wallets' private keys.
Once you've made backups of all your additional wallets in Best Wallet, hit the "Log Out" in Best Wallet.
Next, you will see this warning. Please read it carefully and double-check you have backups of all your imported and created wallets' private keys/secret recovery phrases (apart from your Main Best Wallet, which will automatically remain the next time you log in).
Note: All your crypto and transaction records will remain safe in your Best Wallet; to access them, all you need to do is log back in.
Tap "Log Out", and you will be successfully logged out of your Best Wallet. To log back in, all you need to do is log back in using the same method as you used when first signing up. Read our guide on how to successfully log back into your Best Wallet.
