Troubleshoot why your TOKEN6900 ($T6900) token claim isn't working and the steps to resolve the issue.
Important: The TOKEN6900 token claim period starts at 2:00 pm UTC on September 3. You won't be able to claim your $T6900 token before then.

You're trying to claim staked $T6900 tokens
If you bought and staked $T6900 during the token sale, you won’t be able to withdraw the full amount on September 3 when claiming opens.
Instead, your tokens and rewards will unlock gradually over a 30-day linear vesting period. A portion becomes available each day, and by October 3 at 2:00 PM UTC, you’ll be able to withdraw everything in one go.
Please note: You don’t need to withdraw daily — you can simply wait until October 3 and claim the full amount at once.
This vesting period is set by the TOKEN6900 project and not managed by Best Wallet. Any questions about staked tokens should be directed to the TOKEN6900 team. You can view your staked token balance by connecting your wallet to the TOKEN6900 staking dashboard.
You will still need ETH to withdraw your tokens and rewards — we recommend holding around $5 worth of ETH in your claiming wallet.
You don't have enough ETH to cover the gas fee whilst claiming
When claiming your $T6900 tokens, you will need to pay a gas fee to process and confirm your claim transaction.
The gas fee for claiming TOKEN6900 tokens will be payable in ETH, the native token of Ethereum. This is because the TOKEN6900 token is being launched on the Ethereum blockchain.
Important: Gas fees often spike during periods of high network activity, which may happen during the TOKEN6900 token claim. This is because there will be many $T6900 holders trying to claim their new tokens at the same time.
To successfully claim, make sure your wallet has enough ETH to cover any spike in gas fees. Whilst gas fees on Ethereum are usually around $5-$15 per transaction, we recommend having at least $10 worth of ETH in your wallet.
If the claiming fee seems too high, consider waiting for a less congested time to claim
If you don’t have crypto to pay the gas fees, you can add gas ETH to your wallet by buying in-app (this may take a few hours) or depositing from another wallet or an exchange.

Issues with Best Wallet's in-app claim page
Because of the expected high volume of claim transactions, the Best Wallet in-app claim flow may experience delays.
If you are having issues with the claim in-app, either wait until the claim is quieter or go and claim directly on the TOKEN6900 website via a desktop browser. All you need to do is connect your wallet and complete your $T6900 claim there.
The claim transaction seems stuck as "Pending"
If it appears your claim transaction isn't going through, it may be due to delays on the Ethereum network. This happens during busy periods on a blockchain, where transactions might get held up or delayed due to congestion.
This is completely normal, and we recommend that once you have submitted your $T6900 claim transaction, you do not try again to avoid being charged more than one gas fee.
To check your transaction status, we recommend going to Etherscan, entering your claiming wallet's address, and checking the status of your claim transaction — it should be listed in the transaction tab. If it says pending, please wait for your claim to go through.
You need to enable or import $T6900 into your wallet
Although the TOKEN6900 token should automatically be imported into your wallet's token list after you claim, if it doesn't, it's quick and easy to find, enable, or import $T6900.
Read our step-by-step guide on how to enable or import the $T6900 token into your wallet.
