Learn what devices are currently not supported by the Best Wallet app.
If you are using an unsupported device, you may experience issues when creating your Best Wallet for the first time or migrating to a multi-chain wallet. Common issues include app crashes, loading issues, or display problems.
If you’re using one of these devices, we’ll also explain what to do next.
Unsupported devices
Best Wallet aims to support as many devices as possible, but some Android models may currently experience crashes, loading issues, or display problems.
If you’re using any of the devices below, you may not be able to use the app reliably:
Samsung Galaxy A13
Infinix Smart HD
Redmi Note 9 Pro
Samsung J6
We’re actively working on updates to improve support for these models.
What to do if you’re affected
If you’re using one of the devices above and can’t open or use Best Wallet properly, here are your options:
Try using another device if you have access to one (e.g., a different Android model or iPhone).
Import your wallet to another device using your private key — make sure you have this written down and stored securely before switching. Read our guides on how to find your private key for your multi-chain wallets and EVM-only wallets.
Stay tuned for updates — we’re working on fixes and improved support in upcoming releases.
We also recommend making a cloud backup of your multi-chain wallets & Best Wallet account.
