Learn how to clear the Best Wallet app's cache on your Android device. This is useful for troubleshooting issues — we recommend only doing this if the official Best Wallet support team has recommended it.
Please note you can only clear your Best Wallet cache on your device, and not in the Best Wallet app itself — follow our step-by-step guide on how to do this.
Clearing your cache via device settings
First, open your device's Settings, then go to Apps.
Next, select Best Wallet.
Once on the App info screen for Best Wallet, scroll down.
Next, select Storage.
Once on the storage screen for Best Wallet, tap Clear Cache at the bottom.
Please do not clear data unless you have an up-to-date cloud backup of your multi-chain wallets. Read our guide on how to back up your multi-chain wallets, plus how to back up any EVM-only wallet.
We strongly recommend clearing Best Wallet's cache first and seeing if that resolves your issue, and remaining in contact with Best Wallet support.
