Troubleshoot why your Crypto All-Stars ($STARS) claim isn't working. This may be due to several reasons, all easily fixed.
Important: The Crypto All-Stars claim period is from 14:00 UTC on Monday the 23rd of December. You won't be able to claim your $STARS token before then.
Read our step-by-step guide on how to claim your $STARS tokens.
You're trying to claim staked $STARS tokens
If you bought and staked $STARS during the pre-launch sale, you won't be able to claim your new tokens on Monday the 23rd.
Instead, you will be able to claim your tokens from 14:00 UTC on December 30th. This is because there's a 7-day unlocking period for staked $STARS tokens once Crypto All-Stars launches, meaning they aren't accessible or claimable.
This unstaking period is not set or managed by Best Wallet, and any query about staked tokens should be directed towards the Crypto All-Stars team. You can see your staked token balance by connecting your wallet to https://cryptoallstars.io/en/dashboard.
You will still need ETH to claim your tokens and rewards — we recommend at least $50-$100 worth.
Please don’t try to claim your tokens before then, as the transaction won’t go through and you may incur a gas fee.
You don't have enough ETH to cover your claim's gas fee
When claiming your $STARS tokens, you will need to pay a gas fee to process and confirm your claim transaction.
The gas fee for claiming $STARS will be payable in ETH, the native token of Ethereum. This is because Crypto All-Stars is being launched on the Ethereum blockchain, meaning it will also be tradable on Ethereum.
Important: Gas fees often spike during periods of high network activity, which may happen during the Crypto All-Stars claim. This is because there will be many $STARS holders trying to claim their new tokens at the same time.
To successfully claim, make sure your wallet has enough ETH to cover any spike in gas fees. Whilst gas fees on Ethereum are usually around $15-20 per transaction, we recommend having at least $50-100 in ETH in your wallet.
If the claiming fee seems too high, consider waiting for a less congested time to claim
If you don’t have crypto to pay the gas fees, you can add gas ETH to your wallet by buying in-app (this may take a few hours) or depositing from another wallet or an exchange.

Issues with Best Wallet's in-app browser/claim page
Because of the expected high volume of claim transactions, the Best Wallet in-app browser may have some issues when trying to claim your $STARS tokens. This could include issues connecting your wallet, not showing the approval pop-up to confirm your claim transaction, or even the Crypto All-Stars claim page not loading properly.
If this happens, we recommend visiting the Crypto All-Stars website directly via a desktop browser, connecting your wallet, and completing your $STARS claim there.
Claim transaction not going through
If it appears your claim transaction isn't going through, it may be due to delays on the Ethereum network. This happens during busy periods on a blockchain, where transactions might get held up or delayed, stuck in "Pending".
This is completely natural, and we recommend that once you have confirmed your $STARS claim transaction, do not try again to avoid being charged more than one gas fee.
To check your transaction status, we recommend going to Etherscan, entering your claiming wallet's address, and checking the status of your claim transaction — it should be listed in the transaction tab. If it says pending, please wait for your claim to go through.
