Learn how to claim your new Crypto All-Stars ($STARS) tokens with Best Wallet.

Note: The Crypto All-Stars claim period starts on December 23rd at 14:00 UTC. This guide will help you get ready and successfully claim your tokens, but you aren't able to claim your tokens until then.

If you’ve participated in the $STARS pre-launch sale through Best Wallet’s Upcoming Token tab, claiming your tokens is the next step to accessing and trading them in your wallet.

This article explains the simple process of claiming your tokens, potential challenges, and helpful tips to ensure a smooth experience. This includes troubleshooting advice for issues like high gas fees or app glitches.

If you've bought and staked $STARS tokens, you won't be able to claim until December 30th at 14:00 UTC. This is because there's a 7-day unlocking period for staked $STARS tokens once Crypto All-Stars launches, meaning they aren't accessible or claimable.

This unstaking period is not set or managed by Best Wallet, and any query about staked tokens should be directed towards the Crypto All-Stars team. You can see your staked token balance by connecting your wallet to https://cryptoallstars.io/en/dashboard.

You can claim your $STARS tokens either on the Crypto All-Stars website or directly in Best Wallet.

Due to the size of the claim, we suggest claiming via their desktop website as it will be better suited to the high level of traffic. All you will need to do is connect your wallet and then follow the instructions below.

Open the cryptoallstars.io website on desktop and hit the claim button. Then hit connect wallet.

Connect the Best Wallet that you used to purchase your $STARS by hitting the Best Wallet button on the popup.

Scan the QR code from your Best Wallet app to connect your wallet.

Once your wallet is connected you'll be able to see your claimable $STARS tokens, and the amount you have staked.

Please note: staked tokens are locked for 7 days after claim, meaning you'll only be able to claim staked tokens on the 30th December.

Hit the Claim and Stake button to lock you tokens for 7 days and accrue staking rewards.

Hit the Claim button to claim your tokens straight away.

Ensure you have sufficient ETH to cover gas fees.

Once you have hit claim, or claim and stake - you'll be asked to check your Best Wallet app and approve the transaction.

In Best Wallet, a pop up will appear asking you to approve the claim transaction - click approve.

Please note this step requires gas fees. Sometimes the approval transaction will say zero fees, but there are still gas fees associated. The Majority of failed transactions at this step are related to gas.

Once you've successfully claimed your tokens they should automatically appear in your token list. If you can't see them, you can manually import the token using the contract address. See our detailed guide on how to import $STARS token here.

Open the Best Wallet app and go to the Upcoming Tokens tab in your purchasing wallet.

Here, you’ll find a list of all upcoming projects, including those in their claim periods, like Crypto All-Stars.

Next, you will have to scroll down to reach the “Claim Live” section of Upcoming Tokens.

Tap on Crypto All-Stars to start the claim process.

This will open an in-app browser, taking you directly to the Crypto All-Stars claim website.

Note: The in-app browser for Crypto All-Stars may be temperamental, especially with so many users trying to access the Crypto All-Stars website.

If you encounter issues, please visit the Crypto All-Stars website directly on a desktop browser, connect your wallet, and complete your $STARS claim there.

To proceed, connect your wallet by tapping on ‘Connect Best Wallet’.

Please double-check you are connecting the wallet you purchased $STARS with, then tap “Connect”.

Once you’ve approved, the pop-up will slide down and you should now see your $STARS token balance.

There will be two options to claim your tokens: “Claim and Stake” and “Claim $STARS”.

If you choose “Claim $STARS”, you will get your Crypto All-Stars tokens in your wallet directly and you will be able to access and trade them.

Alternatively, if you choose “Claim and Stake”, you claim your $STARS tokens but then lock them in a staking pool, meaning they will earn you passive income in $STARS but you will not be able to access or trade them for at least 7 days.

If you decide to just claim your $STARS, tap the button “Claim $STARS”.

You will then be prompted to confirm your claim transaction in a pop-up.

Before confirming, you will need to ensure you’ve got enough ETH to pay the gas fees in your wallet.

When claiming your $STARS tokens, you will need to pay a gas fee to process and confirm your claim transaction.

The gas fee for claiming $STARS will be payable in ETH, the native token of Ethereum. This is because Crypto All-Stars is being launched on the Ethereum blockchain, meaning it will also be tradable on Ethereum.

Important: Gas fees often spike during periods of high network activity, which may happen during the Crypto All-Stars claim. This is because there will be many $STARS holders trying to claim their new tokens at the same time.

Ensure your wallet has enough ETH to cover any spike in gas fees. Whilst gas fees on Ethereum are usually around $15-20 per transaction, we recommend having at least $50-100 in ETH in your wallet.

If the claiming fee seems too high, consider waiting for a less congested time to claim.

If you don’t have crypto to pay the gas fees, you can add gas ETH to your wallet by buying in-app (this may take a few hours) or depositing from another wallet or an exchange.

After approving the transaction, the blockchain will process it. This may take a few minutes to reflect in your wallet’s balance. Your new Crypto All-Stars tokens should automatically show up in your wallet’s token list.

If you don’t see your new tokens, you may have to import the Crypto All-Stars token address into your wallet — don’t worry, your tokens are still yours and remain secure, just not viewable in your wallet yet.

However, if you are facing issues claiming in Best Wallet, we recommend trying to claim via the official Crypto All-Stars website on a desktop browser. If you think there's an issue with the website or your balance, please contact the Crypto All-Stars team.
