How To Get Help in Best Wallet

Learn how to reach our support team within your Best Wallet app.

Best Wallet has a dedicated support team to help guide you through using the app.

You can access in-app a wide range of relevant guides on how to use your Best Wallet, articles on crypto basics, as well as tips on how to keep your crypto safe.

There is also an in-app messaging feature, meaning you can directly message the Best Wallet support team with any queries or issues whilst using your wallet.

Step 1: Heading to your Settings

First, head to your Best Wallet's Settings tab, which is found in the navigation bar.

Next, scroll down to "Get Help" in your Settings.

Tap "Get Help" to open the in-app Support page.

Step 2: Exploring the Best Wallet Support

You can do several different things in the app to resolve any query or problem you may have. You can explore the "Help" section, which will have all the Best Wallet guides, Troubleshooting articles, and the Frequently Asked Questions.

You can also see any past conversation you've had with Best Wallet's support by tapping "Messages".

To start a new conversation, just press "Send us a message" and send your query or issue, and a team member will try to reply as soon as possible (often within a day).

You can also search for specific issues by using the search function.
