How To Change Your Passcode in Best Wallet

Learn how to change your 4-digit passcode in Best Wallet.

Updated over a week ago

Changing your passcode is useful if you entered a passcode you struggle to remember whilst setting up your Best Wallet, or if you just want to update your app's security.

To change your passcode, you will need to know your current passcode. If you don't, you will need to log out/delete the Best Wallet app, and log back in afresh. Read our guide on how to log back into your Best Wallet.

Step 1: Heading to your Settings

First, open your Best Wallet app. From the home screen, go to the Settings tab in your navigation bar.

Next, go to the "Change Passcode" option.

Step 2: Resetting your passcode

First, you will have to enter your old passcode.

Once you've done that, enter your new passcode. Don't worry, you will have to enter it twice to prevent any mistakes.

Once you've entered the new 4-digit code twice, your passcode will be updated!

Tap "Got it" to go back to your Settings page. You've successfully changed your passcode!

Keeping your Best Wallet safe

Although using a secure passcode is important, we also recommend turning on your biometrics if you haven't already. Read our guide on how to turn on biometrics authentication.

Remember, the safer your Best Wallet app is, the more secure your crypto is! Read our guide for more information on how to keep your Best Wallet app secure!
