This guide will walk you through how to get help inside Best Wallet. You’ll learn where to find the Get Help option, and how to create a support ticket directly from the app.
Understanding support in Best Wallet
Best Wallet includes a built-in support feature so you can contact our team directly from within the app. This allows you to create a ticket without leaving your wallet, making it quick and easy to get assistance whenever you need it.
Please note that our support team will respond as soon as possible, and opening several tickets will slow down the response time.
Step 1: Go to Settings
On the home screen, tap the Settings icon on the bottom navigation bar.
Step 2: Go to ‘Get Help’
On the Settings tab, scroll down:
And tap Get Help.
Step 3: Create a ticket
On the Get Help screen, you can browse our support articles, search for help, or look at previous messages.
To open a support request, tap Create a ticket.
Fill in the details of your issue and submit your ticket. Please add as much detail as possible, including any relevant wallet address, transaction hash, and device details.
A member of the Best Wallet support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
What happens next?
Once your ticket has been created, you’ll receive confirmation in the app and by email. Our support team will follow up with you directly to help resolve your issue.
