Message via the support website
You can open a ticket on our Support website, which will be answered by our dedicated support team. It's important to add as many relevant details to your first message/ticket, so the team can resolve your issue quickly.
We recommend sending your relevant wallet/chain address, any relevant transaction hash, details of your issue, and any screenshot/video that shows the issue, if possible.
Please note that during busy times (like during an Upcoming Token claim), replies might take a while.
Message via the social channels
There's a support channel on the Discord server, and the Telegram team can answer general queries, as well as share useful tips and guides.
Message via email directly
You can also email Best Wallet support directly via [email protected]. Like the support ticket, we recommend sending your relevant wallet/chain address, any relevant transaction hash, details of your issue, and any screenshot/video that shows the issue, if possible.
Make sure to check your spam folder regularly for the reply.
How to engage with support safely
The rise of fake support scams means you have to be extra careful when engaging with any platform's support team, including Best Wallet. Read our guide on how to avoid fake support scams.
Some tips to remember:
Best Wallet support will never privately message you first. If someone does message you directly claiming to be from Best Wallet, they are most likely scammers. Do not engage with them β instead, contact our support team independently.
No one from Best Wallet will ask for your wallet's private keys or cloud backup details. If someone asks for this information, they're trying to gain access to your wallet and crypto. The number one rule is never share this information with anyone, and if anyone asks for it, stop contact straight away.
If you do think your wallet has been compromised, the safest thing to do is create a new multi-chain wallet, then transfer all your crypto into the new wallet. This way, even if your private keys have been compromised, your funds are safe in another wallet.
Best Wallet is here to help you with any issues with your app, any transactions, as well as general crypto knowledge.
Important Reminder: No one from Best Wallet will ever request your private key. Keep this information strictly private and never share it with anyone.
