Learn the simple steps to successfully send your crypto from one wallet to another wallet or exchange in Best Wallet.

Step 1: Set up your transfer

The easiest way to start your crypto transfer is by tapping the Send button from the correct wallet card.

The next step is to enter the recipient's wallet address. You can also send to your own wallets in Best Wallet, or a recently used wallet address.

Next, copy the wallet address.

Best Wallet will double-check the input wallet address to make sure it's valid. Once it is, tap Continue to set up your transfer.

Step 2: Set up your transfer

First, select which token you want to send.

Once done, enter how much you want to send β€” you can either input the token amount or the dollar amount by hitting the small arrow.

Once you've input the amount, tap Done on the keyboard.

Now you will see a brief breakdown of your transfer, including your transfer's gas fee.

Remember, you will have to pay a gas fee for your transaction. This has to be paid in the native token of the network you're sending on. For example, if you're sending a token on Ethereum, you will have to pay the gas fees in ETH.

If you don't have enough native tokens to pay for the gas fees, you won't be able to complete your transaction.

At this stage, you can set a gas fee priority by tapping the Gas Fee section. For more information, please read our guide on setting gas fee priority.

Once that's done, tap Send to double-check the details of your transfer.

Step 3: Review and send

Carefully review your transfer, including double-checking the receiving wallet address and amounts. Once ready, tap Send.

Once that's done, your transaction will be submitted to the blockchain.

Important: Your token transfer may take anywhere from a few seconds to hours to complete, depending on the token, amount, and blockchain network used. For example, Solana transfers tend to be very quick, whilst sending BTC can take hours.

Best Wallet doesn't control the speed of you transaction once it's submitted onto the blockchain β€” you can track it in-app or by entering your wallet or the transaction hash into a blockchain explorer.

Once completed, you can tap Done or view your transfer's details by tapping Transaction History.

How to check your transaction status in-app

You can see the status of any transaction in your wallet by going to the Trade tab, then the History section.

Once in History, tap on your transaction:

You will see the status of your transfer β€” if it is pending, you can speed up or cancel your transaction.
