Learn why you may be unable to purchase crypto directly in Best Wallet, as well as alternative ways to fund your wallet.
Why crypto purchases may be unavailable
If you're unable to buy crypto in Best Wallet, it’s likely due to geographical restrictions imposed by banks, payment providers, or regulators.
This is particularly common for users in the UK, where regulations have made it harder for providers to offer fiat-to-crypto services.
Additionally, some areas may also have restrictions, either on crypto purchases in-app, or what providers are available. This is unavoidable, and Best Wallet itself does not impose these restrictions. However, we provide alternative ways to fund your wallet.
Alternative ways to fund your wallet:
Buy a new token with your card in Upcoming Tokens
You can still buy new token opportunities in Upcoming Tokens by using your bank card directly.
Just head to Upcoming Tokens, pick the project you like, and select "Pay with Card". Make sure your bank provider allows crypto purchases, and you will need to hold Ether (ETH) in your wallet to claim the token.
Buy on an exchange and deposit into Best Wallet
Another option is to buy crypto on an exchange that is available in your country, and then then transfer it to Best Wallet.
Just buy on the exchange (such as Binance, Kraken, or Coinbase), then withdraw it to your Best Wallet. To find the right address for your Best Wallet, tap "Recieve" and find the token address you bought (for example, your Ethereum address to deposit ETH to your wallet).
